Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lovage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
4 large corn on the cobs, foliage removed
METHOD:
Steam corn on the cobs for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan. Add lovage, salt and black pepper. Heat gently, stirring constantly until lovage is soft, but tender.
Remove corn on the cobs and toss in lovage sauce. Serve hot in a serving dish as a side dish to roasts or a barbecued meat.
